  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • egg - 1 item
  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • chopped apples - 2 c
  • level soda - 1/2 tsp
  • allspice and cinnamon - 1/3 tsp

How to make fresh apple cake:

First mix apples and sugar and set aside for 20 minutes. Mix flour and all dry ingredients, then sift. Add egg, oil and nuts to apple mixture. Bake at 350° for one hour.
