Ingredients/Components

• white sugar - 1 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• salad oil - 1-1/2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 2-1/ c
• salt - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• chopped apples jonathans are good - 3 c
• chopped nuts - 1 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix together sugars and oil; add eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients and lastly, add apples and nuts. Pour batter into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Batter will be thick. Sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake approximately 45 minutes t
