Fresh apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• soda
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• nuts - 1/2 c
• salad oil
• chopped apples - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Blend oil, vanilla and eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix into apples. Dough will be stiff. Pat into greased 10 x 18-inch pan and sprinkle with nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Sift powdered sugar over top when taken from the oven.
