sugar - 2 c
flour
baking powder - 2 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
soda - 1 tsp
chopped apples - 3 c
nuts - 1 c
vanilla - 1 tsp
Add and sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and soda
water - 1 item
powdered sugar - 1/2 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix and beat together the eggs, oil and sugar. Add and sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Add apples, nuts and vanilla. Bake in tube pan 1 hour at 350° or until done.Glaze:1/2 c. sugar water1/2 c. powdered sugar Melt the sugar with a little water. Add the powdered sugar.
