French apple cake
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 1/3 c
- applesauce - 1 c
- finely chopped raisins - 1 c
- yellow cake mix 2 large size - 1 pkg
- jello vanilla pie filling - 1 serving
How to make french apple cake:
Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched and pulls away from sides of pan. Do not underbake. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove and cool on rack. Top with sugar glaze.Glaze: Stir about 1 tablespoon hot milk or water into 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar.
