Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- shortening
How to make foolproof pie crust:
Cream shortening, sugar and salt. Mix together vinegar, egg and water. Add flour; mix until easy to work with. Add more flour if necessary. Chill at least 1 hour before using.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
