Ingredients/Components
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- cottage cheese - 1 lb
- medium container Cool Whip - 1 item
- small box jello strawberry, cherry or black cherry - 1 item
How to make fluff:
Heat pineapple. When warm, stir in jello until dissolved. Put aside to cool, then add cottage cheese. Mix evenly, then add Cool Whip. Mix again. Place in refrigerator until thick. Serve for dessert or may be served on bed of lettuce as an appetizer.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Snacks, Diabetic.
