Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 12 oz
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can condensed milk - 1 item
How to make flan:
Place a pan with water in the oven to heat up (about 1 inch). Make caramel with the sugar. Pour in the mold and try to cover the sides. Be careful; is very hot. Mix the rest of the ingredients well and pour it in the mold. Put the mold in the pan with water.Bake for 1 hour in 350° oven or until toothpick comes out clean. Place cooled pan into refrigerator overnight. To serve, flip over onto a plate with a rim.
