Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- white sugar - 1 c
- whole eggs - 4 item
- sifted Swans Down cake flour - 1 c
How to make jelly roll:
Line an 18 x 10-inch pan with wax paper. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan. Bake 10 minutes at 325° to 350°. Put out on a towel and spread jelly all over and roll up in a big roll. Don't cut until cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low fat.
