Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • cup sugar - 1 item
  • can fruit cocktail drained
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • cups miniature marshmallows - 2 item
  • salad mustard - 2 tsp
  • Angel coconut - 1 pkg
  • mild Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
  • large Delicious apples - 4 item
  • can pineapple tidbits use juice for dressing
  • Juice from pineapple - 1 item

How to make fabulous fruit salad:

Core applies and dice into bowl. Stir in drained fruit cocktail, pineapple and marshmallows. Set aside. Mix flour and sugar in pan. Add 2 beaten eggs and juice of 1 lemon and pineapple juice. Cook dressing over medium heat until it thickens. Cool, add mustard. Mix with salad. Sprinkle coconut over top, then cover with a layer of grated cheese. Refrigerate. (Should be made the night before it is to be served. Will last several days in refrigerator.)
