- ground beef - 2 lb
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- corn chips
- pinto beans - 2 c
- can mild enchilada sauce - 1 item
- slices cheese - 8 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic salt. Cook 5 minutes. Layer ground beef mixture, pinto beans, sauce and corn chips. Repeat and top with cheese slices. Bake for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
