Enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- hamburger - 2 lb
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- corn tortillas - 1 pkg
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 1/2
- can enchilada sauce - 10 oz
- Colby cheese, grated - 1 lb
How to make enchilada casserole:
Saute hamburger until brown. Add salt, garlic powder and enchilada sauce. In 13-inch casserole, place small amount of meat in bottom. Tear tortillas in half. Layer 10 halves in casserole. Cover with 1/2 of remaining meat. Sprinkle 1/2 of onions on meat. Repeat layers of tortillas, meat and onions. Melt cheese in soup. Pour over casserole layers. Cover with foil.
