Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Wheaties or 1/4 c - 1 c
How to make emergency steak:
Mix all together. Place on lightly greased pan. Pat into shape of a T-bone steak (1-inch thick). Broil. Serve immediately. Amount: 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
