Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • salt
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • rolled oats - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1 c
  • ground beef
  • minced onion - 6 Tbsp
  • onion, minced - 3 tsp
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes and pour off any excess fat from dish

How to make meat balls:

Mix ingredients and make into balls (small or large) and place in casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes and pour off any excess fat from dish.Sauce:2 Tbsp. sugar2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 c. catsup1/2 c. cold water3 Tbsp. vinegar6 Tbsp. minced onion Mix together and heat. Pour over meatballs.
