Ingredients/Components

• vegetable oil
• garlic
• cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
• round steak, cut in strips
• large onions, cut in 1/2-inch slices and separated into rings - 2 item
• large can sliced mushrooms, use 1/2 of the juice - 1 item

How to make elegant steak:

Brown meat in oil over high heat. Put in casserole. Cover with onions and mushrooms. Mix soup and liquid from mushrooms. Pour over steak. Cover casserole and cook 1 hour at 350°. Delicious over rice.
