- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- dry sherry - 1/2 c
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- tenderized boneless beef round steak
- can sliced mushrooms reserve liquid - 1 item
How to make elegant steak:
Cut steak into pieces; place in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with dry soup mix. Add mushrooms. Blend mushroom soup, sherry and liquid from mushrooms; pour over steak. Cover and bake at 450° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and continue to bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
