Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
How to make egg noodles:
Beat eggs and milk, salt and baking powder. Gradually add flour, working into a stiff dough, but not tough. Roll about about 1/4-inch thick on floured board. Let stand about 1 hour. Cut into 1/2-inch strips about 4 inches long. Drop into hot chicken broth and cook until done. Add boned chicken, thickened with broth if desired.Recipe categories: Egg, Pasta, Main dish.
