Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- whole eggs - 3 item
- flour sometimes more
How to make egg noodles:
Mix altogether. Divide into 2 balls. Roll out on good floured board very thin. Cut into about 4-inch wide strips. Flour each strip and stack. Cut very thin. Let dry. Drop in salted chicken broth.Recipe categories: Egg, Pasta, Main dish.
