Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- cocoa
- stick butter - 1 item
- cold milk - 3 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- large box vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
How to make eclair cake:
Frosting:1/3 c. cocoa1/4 c. milk1 c. sugar1 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla Cake: Mix pudding and milk together. Add Cool Whip. Butter 9 x 12-inch pan. Place layers of crackers, then pudding, then crackers and pudding. Top with crackers.Frosting: Mix cocoa, milk and sugar. Bring to a boil. Cool 1 minute. Add butter and vanilla. Stir. Let cool. Beat and spread over last layer of crackers.
