Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- large round steak - 1 item
- chopped onion and bell pepper - 1 item
How to make easy round steak:
In skillet, brown meat; cut in strips and put in oil. Salt and pepper. Remove from skillet. Add other ingredients in skillet and stir until mixed well. Add 1 1/2 soup cans of water. Put meat in casserole dish. Pour mixture in skillet over meat. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Bake, covered.
