Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- melted shortening - 3/4 c
- yeast, dissolved in 2 c - 1 pkg
How to make easy rolls:
Dissolve yeast in warm water; add sugar, shortening, egg and flour. Mix well and put into greased muffin tins. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.Recipe categories: Breads, < 30 mins, 5 ingredients or less.
