Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- corn syrup - 3/4 c
- light corn syrup - 1 c
- butter, melted - 1/3 c
- 9-inch Pie:3 eggs
- pecans* - 1 c
- 8-inch Pie:2 eggs
- 1-crust pie pastry
How to make easy pecan pie:
9-inch Pie:3 eggs2/3 c. sugar1/2 tsp. salt1/3 c. butter, melted1 c. light corn syrup1 c. pecans* 8-inch Pie:2 eggs1/2 c. sugar1/4 tsp. salt1/4 c. butter, melted3/4 c. corn syrup3/4 c. pecans* *I use more pecans. Beat together ingredients, except pecans. Mix in the pecans. Pour into pastry lined pan.
