  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • peanut butter - 3/4 c
  • can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
  • Bisquick baking mix Jiffy - 2 c

How to make easy peanut butter cookies:

In large mixing bowl, beat milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add Jiffy mix and vanilla. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar and flatten with fork. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes at 375°.
