Easy double chocolate chip brownies

- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine 1 stick - 1/2 c
How to make easy double chocolate chip brownies:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 13 x 9-inch pan. In large saucepan over low heat, melt 1 cup chocolate morsels and butter, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, and vanilla. Stir with wooden spoon until blended. Add 1/2 cup morsels and nuts. Spread batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup chocolate morsels. Bakes 25 to 30 minutes just until set. Cool completely. Cut into 2-inch squares. Makes 2 dozen.Recipe categories: Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie, Brownies.
