Ingredients/Components
- cottage cheese - 16 oz
- pkg - 2 oz
- sugar
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 tsp
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
How to make cheese cake:
Beat cottage cheese in blender until smooth. Beat first 5 ingredients together; add vanilla, flour, melted butter and cornstarch until blended Stir in sour cream.Grease a 10-inch spring-form pan and sprinkle graham crumbs over it. Pour cake mixture into pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour; shut heat off and leave in oven for 2 more hours. Do not open oven door. Can use any desired topping or nothing.
