Easy broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 2 c
- cheese - 3 oz
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- onion - 1/4 c
- flour all-purpose - 3 Tbsp
- broccoli, finely chopped - 1 c
How to make easy broccoli soup:
Saute onion in margarine or butter until tender. Add flour, stirring well. Gradually stir in broth and broccoli; reduce heat. Stir in milk, cheese and pepper. Heat until cheese melts. Serve immediately. Yields 4 cups.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Broccoli.
