Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- coconut - 1 c
- nuts - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- Duncan Hines German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Put in 1 cup coconut and 1 cup nuts. Mix cake mix according to directions, pour over nuts and coconut. Melt butter, cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla. Mix thoroughly and pour over top of cake. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes (baking time may vary according to your oven).Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
