Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- coconut - 1 c
- powdered sugar
- pecans - 1 c
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 pkg
- stick soft oleo - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Topping:2 c. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 stick soft oleo Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Put pecans and coconut in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix as directed and pour over pecan/coconut.Topping: Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and oleo. Spoon on top of cake mix. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
