Dressing for spinach salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• vinegar - 1/4 c
• salad oil - 1 c
• Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
• catsup - 1/3 c
• medium onion, grated - 1 item

How to make dressing for spinach salad:

Blend the ingredients (a blender works well). Break 1 package of spinach into bite size pieces. Drain 1 can of bean sprouts. Dice and fry some bacon.

Mix the spinach, sprouts and bacon pieces in a large bowl to serve.

Serve the dressing on the side. You may also serve chopped, hard boiled eggs on the side for a topping.
