Double layer pumpkin pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- cold milk - 1 c
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla instant pudding - 2 pkg
- cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
- can pumpkin - 1 item
- graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
- thawed Cool Whip
How to make double layer pumpkin pie:
Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in large bowl until smooth. Stir in whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust. Pour 1 cup milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in pumpkin and spices. Mix well. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours. Store in refrigerator. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
