Dirty rice

Ingredients/Components

• stick butter - 1 item
• rice - 2 2
• can French onion soup - 1 item
• can beef consomme - 1 item

How to make dirty rice:

Melt butter in skillet; add rice and stir until it is browned evenly. Pour in baking dish and add soup and consomme. Cover and bake at 350° until rice is tender, at least 45 minutes.

To make a meal, brown pork steaks and lay on top of rice while it is cooking.
