Dill weed dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- onion flakes - 1 Tbsp
- dill weed - 1 Tbsp
- Beau Monde seasoning - 1 tsp
- round whole loaf rye bread uncut - 1 item
How to make dill weed dip:
Mix all ingredients well except bread. Chill for at least 1 hour. Take whole loaf of rye bread; cut out center of bread to make bowl, like a shell. Tear up bread cut from inside loaf into bite size pieces. Place shell on a large serving plate. Fill with dip and arrange cut up pieces around shell and serve.Hint: You may want to buy an additional loaf of bread and cut it up for dipping.
Dip is also good with raw vegetables.
