- turkey - 8 10
- bottle Caesar salad dressing or Original Cajun injector chicken and turkey marinade powder or liquid form; if using powder, mix with melted butter to form liquid - 8 oz
How to make deep fried turkey:
Use kitchen syringe to inject dressing or Cajun mixture into turkey meat. Heat oil in deep fryer or fish fryer to 325°. Fry turkey for 30 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 185°. Fried turkeys can be frozen whole; cool, wrap in foil and freeze.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, Turkey.
