Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- whipped cream - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- maraschino cherries optional - 1 item
- applesauce sweetened to taste - 4 c
- loaf white bread sandwich size - 1/2 item
How to make danish apple cake:
Toast bread, crush fine. Melt oleo in pan and add crumbs and 2 tablespoons sugar. Mix well. Stir and heat until lightly browned, stirring occasionally to keep from scorching. Cool. Arrange on large platter, alternating the applesauce andRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
