Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2/3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- apple, chopped - 1 c
- cinnamon and nutmeg - 1 item
How to make danish apple cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat together egg, sugar, vanilla and melted butter (can add up to 3 tablespoons melted butter). Stir in sifted flour, salt and baking powder. Add chopped apple, nuts, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well. Put in greased pie plate and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
