Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- margarine - 3/4 c
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- can pineapple slices - 1 item
- can pears - 1 item
- jar apple rings - 1 item
- 2 can peaches
How to make curried fruit:
Drain fruit and arrange in a 2-quart baking dish. Combine butter, sugar and curry powder. Bring to a boil. Pour over fruit. Garnish with cherries. Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
