Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- vinegar - 3 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- cloves garlic - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- large cucumbers - 3 item
How to make cucumber salad:
Slice cucumbers and onion thin. Rub bowl with cut cloves of garlic. Mix cucumbers and onions in bowl. Mix sour cream and other ingredients well; mix with cucumbers and onions. Chill for several hours. This gets better with time.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, Salads.
