Ingredients/Components

  • hot water - 1 c
  • salad dressing - 1/2 c
  • cottage cheese - 8 oz
  • lime or lemon Jello - 1 (3
  • small onion, chopped, or onions greens - 1 item
  • large cucumber, chopped and peeled - 1 item

How to make cucumber salad:

Dissolve Jello in 1 c. boiling water; onion. Let set partially, then fold in rest of ingredients and chill. When set, unmold and serve on a bed of lettuce trimmed with either radish roses or carrot curls.
