Crunchy cole slaw
Ingredients/Components
- cole slaw mix - 1 pkg
- small bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- beef Ramen noodles - 2 pkg
- sunflower seeds - 1 c
- slivered almonds optional - 1 c
- Toast 5 to 7 minutes at 350°
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cider vinegar - 1/3 c
- beef flavored packets from noodles - 2 item
How to make crunchy cole slaw:
Break up noodles on cookie sheet; add almonds if used. Toast 5 to 7 minutes at 350°. In bowl, add onions, sunflower seeds and noodles to cole slaw mix.Dressing:1 c. oil1/2 c. sugar1/3 c. cider vinegar2 beef flavored packets (from noodles) Heat oil and vinegar about 40 seconds.
