Crunchy cabbage salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 6 Tbsp
- sliced almonds - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/3 tsp
- sesame seed
- Ramen noodles chicken flavor - 1 pkg
- green onions, sliced thin - 5 item
- flavor packet from Ramen noodle mix - 1 item
How to make crunchy cabbage salad:
Salad:2 Tbsp. sesame seed1/2 c. sliced almonds1/2 large head cabbage, cut and shredded (about 5 c.)5 green onions, sliced thin1 pkg. Ramen noodles (chicken flavor) Make dressing early. Put ingredients in covered jar and shake.Salad: Toast sesame seed and almonds for 10 to 15 minutes. Shred cabbage and add sliced onions; refrigerate. Just before serving, mix dressing with cabbage, adding sesame seed, almonds and crushed Ramen noodles.
