Creamy rice pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1 qt
- butter - 1/4 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- rice - 1/2 c
How to make creamy rice pudding:
Simmer rice, water and salt in covered stockpot for 7 minutes. Add milk and butter and bring to boil. Cook on low in covered pot for 1 1/4 hours (watch carefully; can cook over). Stir frequently.
