- Cool Whip - 1 (8
- can sweetened condensed milk - 14 oz
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 oz
- 9-inch prepared graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
How to make creamy pineapple pie:
Mix sweetened condensed milk, pineapple and lemon juice. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker pie crust. Chill.Variations: You can add chopped nuts, maraschino cherries (chopped and well drained) or canned orange segments. All or one of these would be wonderful. Make the plain pie first and taste, then let your imagination take over.
