Creamy banana pudding
Ingredients/Components
- cold water
- can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- vanilla wafers - 36 item
- whipping cream, whipped - 2 c
- medium bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice - 3 item
- instant vanilla pudding 4 serving size - 1 pkg
How to make creamy banana pudding:
In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water. Add pudding mix; beat well. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spread 1 cup pudding mixture into 2 1/2 quart glass serving bowl. Top with 1/3 each of the wafers, bananas and pudding; repeat layering twice, ending with pudding. Cover; chill. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.Tip: Mixture can be layered in individual serving dishes.
