Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 5/8 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
How to make cream puffs:
Mix water and fat; heat to a boil. Add flour and salt and mix thoroughly; stir. Cook until ingredients are well blended and dough does not stick to sides (do not cook too long) and mixture is hot. Add unbeaten eggs one at a time. Beat until well mixed. Drop by tablespoons onto oiled pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less.
