Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- La Creme whipped topping - 2 c
- Filling:1 small box French vanilla instant pudding
How to make cream puffs:
Filling:1 small box French vanilla instant pudding2 c. milk2 c. La Creme whipped topping Bring water, butter and salt to a boil. Add 1 cup flour. Beat over heat and mix until batter will leave the side of the pan. Remove from heat and beat well 2 minutes. Add 4 eggs, one at a time. Beat to a satin sheen. Drop from full teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in 15 minutes.Mix filling ingredients. Cut tops off cream puffs. Remove any unbaked pastry and fill tops and bottoms. Chill 1 hour. Enjoy!
