Cream gravy
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 2
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grease from frying chicken, steak or ham - 1 item
How to make cream gravy:
After frying meat, remove all grease except about 1/3 cup leaving it and the drippings in skillet. Add flour, stirring to prevent lumping. Cook on medium-low heat until light brown.
