Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/4 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- egg yolk - 1 item
- egg white - 1 item
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
How to make cream cheese bars:
With mixer, blend the first 5 ingredients together. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread 1 package of crescent rolls flat, cutting to fit the pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over flat pastry. Spread second package of crescent rolls over mixture. Brush with egg white. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting.
