Cranberry pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- cranberries - 2 c
How to make cranberry pie:
Spread cranberries over bottom of greased 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and nuts. Beat eggs well. Add remaining 1 cup sugar gradually and beat until thoroughly mixed. Add flour and melted butter. Beat well. Pour batter over cranberries.Bake in preheated 325° oven for 1 hour. Serve warm with ice cream.
