- ground beef - 2 lb
- crushed cornflakes - 1 c
- parsley flakes - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- onion flakes - 2 Tbsp
- Sauce for Meatballs:1 can jellied cranberry sauce
- chili sauce - 12 oz
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
How to make cranberry meatballs:
Sauce for Meatballs:1 can jellied cranberry sauce12 oz. chili sauce1 Tbsp. lemon juice2 Tbsp. brown sugar Mix well and shape into small cocktail-size meatballs the ground beef, cornflakes, parsley flakes, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup and onion flakes.Sauce: Mix all ingredients and heat. Pour over meatballs, then bake in a large shallow pan at 350° for 30 minutes.
