Cranberry jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- cranberry juice cocktail - 1 qt
- powdered fruit pectin 1 box - 6 Tbsp
How to make cranberry jelly:
Combine cranberry juice cocktail and pectin in a large saucepan; stir over high heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Stir in sugar and bring to a full boil. Boil hard for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Skim off foam with a metal spoon. Pour into jelly jars.
